Our clearing house solution

Our FinTech system defines the basic objects required for clearing operations, such as users, current accounts, point types, basic settlements.

Besides, special technical types can be defined for the basic elements, with which the operation of the settlements can be refined and boundary conditions can be defined for the settlement order.

The functionality of the clearing house can be extended with external modules (so-called exts), which can participate in the clearing or even define their own clearing processes. These external modules can be programmed or use an Activiti process engine to describe and execute their own internal processes.

Non-cash zone

We can support the creation of a payment environment where exclusively electronic payments are possible and allowed (e.g. a festival, a bath, etc.). In such an environment, all payment transactions run through a clearing house, which keeps track of transactions, account balances, the available balance in a pre-paid system, etc.

Shadow balancing

Our clearing house-based system is a transaction and account management system that is always online, continuously mediating between internal back-end systems and all external electronic channels as a secure middle layer, providing lightning-fast response times to all external transactions. In the case of an offline background system, the balance and limit information is also provided by the shadow balance system, serving in this case as frontend.

Cash management

The clearing house can keep track of analytical banknote-level records of cash transactions used in a closed system (for example an ATM network). The system manages banknote movements between the bank vault and the cash management or user entities, able to show real-time stocks of banknotes at the entities, even broken down to the unique serial numbers.
